Redstone Retail Development Team Selected

Angelic Real Estate and its leasing and development partners Phillip Baxter and Honaker Development/Silver Companies are pleased to have been conditionally awarded the development rights for the Marshall Exchange project on Martin Road SW in the heart of the Redstone Arsenal.

The site is approximately 26 acres and the team plans on numerous food offerings and additional support and amenity retail for the 37,500+ Redstone-based employees, their families and guests.
