The Redstone Retail team is actively seeking banking, pharmacy, convenience store / gas station, coffee shop, fast food, fast casual, casual dining and other service oriented retailers. The Redstone Retail project is adjacent to the recently-completed "4600" buildings of the NASA Marshall Space Station installation, just west of the Martin Road SW and Rideout Road intersection that is the "Main and Main" intersection on the base.

The project will have a new controlled intersection off Martin Road SW, which has now been widened and substantially improved, expanding to a four lane road, with a controlled intersection on the east side of our site, and the ability to add another light mid-site on Martin Road.

This project is the ONE AND ONLY planned and permitted full service retail development ON ARSENAL now and for the future of Redstone Arsenal, where every member of the Redstone family can buy from every vendor, unlike almost every other location within the gates, which are generally restricted to those with security permission of the specific agency housed in that building.
